This particular product is a lucky one of the lucky ones who have received the Allure Best of Beauty Award. The face wash is powerful in clearing blemishes and blackheads. It delivers a high amount of Salicylic Acid to prevent and reduce acne while still bringing a happy burst of grapefruit. The third purpose is to smoothen the roughness of the skin without over-drying.

While I am a fan of this product, I would not recommend it to anyone with sensitive or dry skin.  For a very long time, I was using this scrub daily rather than using a cleanser than would have been gentler. During that time, my skin was very dry and it has taken a lot for my skin to recover from this. But I still use it every once in a while when I need something a little more powerful. So, I recommend the purchase since it could be found at any drugstore. I just suggest that you don’t overdo it.

This sweet citrus scent is perfect for the warmer weather. The scent is clean, fresh, and it is far from overpowering.  Not enough good things could be said about this new fragrance and I definitely suggest that everyone invests in the product or tries out a sample.

I especially loved this product from my March Birchbox because it’s an amazing product for the warmer weather. Like many other products I have reviewed recently, I received this in my March 2015 Birchbox. Of course, I was kinda turned off because of the size of the product. I didn’t think I was going to get much use out of it. But, the second that I used it, I fell in love with it. I have very sensitive skin which gets dried out easily by most exfoliators and I have never really used anything that got me these effects. It made my skin very smooth and I felt like it gave me a very deep clean. I plan on investing in the full size product the moment I finish my sample!

This Too Faced product comes in a range of insanely pigmented colors that glide on easily and have the power of a stain. However, less in more. It is always easier to pack on more product as needed rather than attempt to remove after you’ve applied too much. Like many other liquid lipsticks, the product can get messy if you are not careful. Still, it is a worthy investment.

I’ve had this product for almost two weeks as I am writing this and I will admit that I fell in love with it the moment I swatched it in the middle of Sephora. I purchased Melted Strawberry which is a very pretty and flattering blood orange color. I loved how bright it was for the spring/summer. But, I will admit that it is very drying and it’s probably wise to apply some lip balm before actually using the product. It gets super messy! Even just cleaning up around the edges needs to be done very carefully so that you don’t end up smearing the product all over yourself.

This liquid highlighter dries quickly and is full of glitter which makes it perfect for a night out. However, a little does go a long way and you need to work quickly in order to successfully blend it. The product has a nice pink undertone but definitely shouldn’t be used by those who aren’t too skilled at blending.

The first time that I used this product, I was doing a client’s makeup and she is much more pale than I am. So, it blended very nicely and it gave her an amazing touch of shimmer for a night out. I used it on myself a week after when I was planning on going out with my friends and I wasn’t a very big fan. It definitely leaves behind a greasy feeling that I wasn’t very fond of. Still, I think it’s a great product considering the fact that I got it in my March 2015 Birchbox.

I have been a huge fan of Jeffree Star for as long as I could remember. So, I couldn’t have been more excited when I heard that this line was being released. I held off a bit because I wasn’t a huge fan of liquid lipsticks, but I decided that I needed to try it once the limited edition spring colors came out. I was so in love with the shade (714) from seeing it on Instagram. Personally, I'm not sure how much I like this particular shade. But I think that overall the products are worth it, especially since they are so much cheaper than a lot of the other liquid lipsticks on the market currently.

The gel liner lasts for up to 24 hours, it is waterproof, and the matte formula doesn’t dry out! The slanted tip also allows the user to easily create an impressive cat-eye wing while hugging close to the lash line.

I was wary of this before I bought it. Typically, any push-up or pen liners that I have purchased dry out very fast and I barely get a chance to use it. I also was not a very big fan of gel liners before purchase. Still, I heard rave reviews from my friends so I decided to try it. I was absolutely amazed! This definitely beats my favorite liquid and gel liners that came before it.

I actually purchased this item because I was watching a foundation routine on Youtube which I will link below and I was very impressed with the coverage that this concealer gave her.  She seemed to have a lot of red marks and acne scars that were very easily covered up with a very small amount of product. But, I am currently using shade 02 in Light/Medium and it was hard for me to find which shade was right for me. There are only five options and I personally think that since it is such a good quality concealer, the company should really invest in branching out and making a lot more shades.

I purchased the flat iron from Ulta in the beginning of March about three weeks after the products were introduced. The first thing that really caught me was the packaging. The product is so sleek and beautiful. I travel a lot in the summers and this flat iron is ideal for travel. I was also very impressed because the plates are ceramic as most other Chi brand flat irons. But, unlike those irons, you can decide how high you want the heat to go. Personally, I have very curly hair but it is also very thin and it has been damaged from heating tools and hair bleach. So I really liked that I could take my time and put it on a low heat setting since that option isn’t available on many other higher end tools.
